Public meetings were held from February 2007 through October 2007 on a wide variety of topics (see minutes below). Community participation was very good. We received many ideas, opinions and suggestions as to what to focus on, and what not to focus on in those meetings, and for that participation we are very greatful.

For 2008 the volunteer group that makes up HMP decided to for-go monthly meetings with speakers and topics, and instead to focus on communicating by way of The Community Buzz newsletter, surveys (online and in paper form), and online polls. We will present any new findings for potential projects, obtain feedback or ask for your ideas via The Community Buzz and/or at meetings of The Madison Park Community Council and provide updates via our website.
